03 · The facts
Propaganda 2 ELK Studios slot: what it is
Propaganda 2 is the sequel to Propaganda, which ELK released on 25 October 2022. Part one locked the rebels in a prison. Part two breaks them out into LA11-1, a city of graffiti, neon and a sealed concrete gate. The mood is playful street-art rebellion: flowers in gun barrels, "#LOVE" sprayed across the walls and a masked rebel wearing bunny ears.
Under the paint it is a 6×6 grid with cluster pays. Five or more matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically make a win. Avalanches remove the winners, the rest drop and new symbols fall in, and this repeats while new wins keep forming.

04 · Features
6 features of the Propaganda 2 slot
Global multiplier
Every winning symbol adds +1 to a global multiplier applied to winning clusters. In the base game it resets after each spin.
Merging wilds
Each winning cluster leaves a wild in an empty spot. Several wilds in one cluster merge into one, and their multipliers add up.
Wild Strike
When it sits next to a winning cluster, Wild Strike adds 2 to 5 wilds to the grid, then turns into a wild itself.
Heart
After the refill, the Heart picks one or more pay-symbol types and transforms them into a single type, then becomes that symbol.
Masks and the Drop Bonus
Masks go into an inventory kept between rounds. Collect 6 and the Drop Bonus starts, a hold-and-respin round.
Love Bomb
Feature symbols charge the Love Bomb meter, which also keeps its energy. When it goes off, every feature symbol activates.

05 · Bonus Drops
Propaganda 2 slot Bonus Drops and the Super Bonus
Three Bonus symbols trigger 7 Bonus Drops. An Add Bonus Drop symbol gives +1 drop. A Super Bonus symbol upgrades the round to the Super Bonus and adds +2 drops. If the bonus triggers in the base game with at least one Super Bonus symbol among the three, you go straight to the Super Bonus. In Bonus Drops the global multiplier resets when the round starts and then persists between drops, which is where the big numbers build up.
The Love Bomb on every drop
In the Super Bonus the Love Bomb is active on every single drop, so all feature symbols are activated drop after drop. Masks do not land in Bonus Drops, so the mask inventory waits for the base game. Read how the Love Bomb works for the full picture.
06 · X-iter
X-iter modes in the Propaganda 2 slot
X-iter is ELK's feature-buy and bet-mode menu. It has 5 modes from 2.5× to 500× the bet. Check the X-iter menu in the game: prices are per spin or round as shown there.
| Mode | Cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus Hunt | 2.5× bet | More than 3× the usual chance of the bonus |
| Mega Hunt | 10× bet | A stronger hunt mode, details in the X-iter menu |
| Love Bomb | 25× bet | Love Bomb guaranteed on the first drop |
| Bonus | 100× bet | Bonus Drops round |
| Super Bonus | 500× bet | Super Bonus round |
X-iter in the UK
Many UK casinos run ELK games without the X-iter menu. If you don't see the X-iter button, that version has it switched off. All X-iter prices still count against the £5 stake cap (£2 for players aged 18–24).

08 · Paytable
Propaganda 2 slot paytable at a glance
There are 8 pay symbols, all street-protest icons: ribbons, walkie-talkies, helmets, winged hearts and flower-plugged pistols among them. Payouts depend on the symbol and the cluster size.
| Cluster size | Pays (× bet) |
|---|---|
| 5 symbols | 0.05×–1× |
| 36+ symbols | 20×–100× |
The full table for every symbol and cluster size is in the game's paytable.
Top prize
25,000×
The biggest result Propaganda 2 can pay is 25,000× your bet — two and a half times the first game's ceiling. Treat it as the ceiling, not the plan.

10 · First session
Tips for your first Propaganda 2 slot session
- Set a bankroll you are happy to lose. Volatility is 8/10, and only about 1 spin in 4.3 pays something.
- Remember the UK stake limit: £5 per spin, or £2 if you are 18–24. The playable range is £0.20–£5 (£2).
- Check the RTP version in the info screen. Casinos may run 94%, 92%, 90% or 87% instead of 96%. Our guide to Propaganda 2 RTP versions shows how.
- Masks and Love Bomb energy carry over between rounds. That is a design choice, not a reason to keep spinning.
- Bonus wagering is capped at 10× in the UK, so read any offer's terms before you opt in.

11 · FAQ
Propaganda 2 slot FAQ
Can I play Propaganda 2 free?
Yes. The demo on this page runs in ELK's own game launcher with play credits, so there is no sign-up and no download, and it works on mobile. Wins in the demo are not real money. It is the easiest way to learn the clusters, wilds, Love Bomb and X-iter modes before you decide whether to play for real at a UKGC-licensed casino.
What is the RTP of the Propaganda 2 slot?
The top version has an RTP of 96%. Casinos may run lower versions at 94%, 92%, 90% or 87%. RTP is a long-run theoretical figure across millions of spins, not a prediction for a session. Open the game menu and the info screen at your casino to see which version you are actually playing before you stake real money.
What is the max win in the Propaganda 2 slot?
The max win is 25,000× the bet, up from 10,000× in the original Propaganda. In the UK the stake is capped at £5 per spin (£2 for players aged 18–24), so the cap on the bet also limits the cash value. A win that size is extremely rare in a high-volatility slot rated 8/10, so treat it as a ceiling, not a target.
How do I trigger the bonus?
Land 3 Bonus symbols to start 7 Bonus Drops. If at least one of the three is a Super Bonus symbol in the base game, you get the Super Bonus straight away. Separately, collecting 6 masks in the inventory triggers the Drop Bonus, a hold-and-respin round that starts with 3 spins and resets the counter whenever something lands.
What is the Love Bomb?
The Love Bomb is a meter that feature symbols charge at the end of each round, and its energy is kept between rounds. When it goes off, it activates every feature symbol on the grid for that round or drop. In the Super Bonus the Love Bomb is active on every drop, which is what makes that round the strongest part of the game.
Can I use X-iter (bonus buy) in the UK?
Not always. Many UK casinos run ELK games without the X-iter menu. If you don't see the X-iter button, that version has it switched off. Where it does appear, every X-iter price still counts against the £5 stake cap, or £2 for players aged 18–24. You can try all five modes freely in the demo without spending anything.
Where can I play Propaganda 2 for real money in the UK?
Only at casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. The licence number is in the casino footer and you can check it on the Commission's public register. Our partner casino holds a UKGC licence. Deposit by debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay, confirm the game is in the lobby, and set limits before your first spin. You must be 18+.
